I was wondering how I be healthier at night

I think one problem I have is a lack of good light at night (it can be overbearing)

I cannot afford this right now but a solution that is available to seemingly most people with electricity is "amber light bulbs"

They are light bulbs that do not emit blue light and are pretty natural so that you don't get overwhelmed and car more safely work at night and go to sleep.
